Csenge is an excellent therapist. She's very attentive to our needs and our bodies during her treatments. There's a real sense of teamwork between patient and therapist. As an osteopath, I'm very critical when I consult a manual therapist, but Csenge is frankly excellent. Thanks to her, I was able to go and work on deep body dynamics in a way I hadn't been able to before. For all these reasons, I have no hesitation in referring patients to her. I highly recommend her!

—Mathieu Gravel, osteopath

In the time we worked together, I have found significant relief in the chronic tightness and muscle strain I have felt as long as I can remember. In the last few months, it had largely disappeared. This has rearranged my emotional reactions to things, and I have started to feel less anxiety and guilt. I have chronic pain in my right shoulder, which has lessened noticeably. Csenge has helped me to identify the way I can strengthen underused muscles to take the strain off my shoulder. My body often feels like an alien, in an exciting way. I am improving my posture, and finding I notice far more often when I'm slouching, and am able to correct it. I am finding it more comfortable to stand up straight: something which I used to find painful.

The beauty of working with Csenge is that it is a constantly changing practice, a guided collaboration. No two sessions are the same as she engages you in your own recovery. This is not a passive experience, Csenge makes you move with her and breathe into your body while thinking about what your body is experiencing, she helps connect your mind to your body. As your fascia becomes reengaged and the pain dissipates the practice moves onto harder stuff, why do you move that way, hold your body that way, think that way? How can we change that? Our bodies hold all the sacrifices we have made to keep moving through the pain. Csenge gently guides you in how to forgive and move through the grief we accumulate when our bodies have failed us. When you let go of your body’s past you are able to focus on the future and build movements that serve you. Working with Csenge has changed my body and the way it moves. It has changed the way I see and feel myself in my own mind.

Csenge has been instrumental in my path as a professional musician and amateur athlete. Having tried various modalities and practitioners that superficially address symptoms, I wholeheartedly recommend Csenge as a committed holistic bodyworker who will work with you for noticeable results.

Bodywork sessions with Csenge have literally changed my life and body. After having an intensive surgery, my mobility was significantly altered. Csenge helped me not only with the pain I was experiencing but helping my body relearn how to support itself. Before my work with them, I was stuck as a brain in a body; now I feel my brain is my body and vice versa.

The strength of Csenge’s practice is to be able to not let you disconnect from what is important. She is able to bring you to a certain state of mind, a place where it is easier to focus and concentrate. Since I have been working with her, I learned the most about breathing. It is something that seems so simple, but so difficult, and because she knows the body very well, she is able to show you how to do it properly, and without rushing.

When I started working with Csenge I was having trouble moving through a major transition in my life and felt stuck in fatigue, heaviness, and a disconnect from myself. I felt old—far removed from the vibrant, thriving person I was several years prior. During our work together, I was able to find ways to truly support my body in healing itself. My sensuality, self-care, strength, and buoyancy were awakened during the course of our work. My body feels less pain, I can move more fluidly, and emotionally I feel alive and empowered. I’m grateful for Csenge’s wealth of somatic knowledge and her caring presence. The hands-on support paired with the movement education practices has allowed me to sustain the changes moving forward. Thanks to Csenge I’ve moved from surviving to thriving and reaching my full potential!
